Will Jack let Elizabeth speak ?

Claude William Genest with Green Party Leader Elizabeth May and Deputy Leader Adriane Carr

There is not a single VALID reason why Elizabeth May should not be in the next Leader's debates - and yet Jack Layton refuses to lend his support, driving ever more of his disenchanted supporters to the Greens.

But in all fairness to Mr.Layton, can you blame him ? Elizabeth May could prove to be the final nail in the coffin for a party who's demise looms ever larger with the Great Green wave of support now washing over Canada.

When you have both the Greatest Living Canadian and His Holiness the Dalai Lama breaking decades of political silence to come out publicly with enthusiastic support for the Green Party, you know you have momentum. And in politics, nothing succeeds like success.

Greens through the roof in Guelph !

In the Guelph by-election, it’s now a two way race Greens vs. Liberals

Green support is double that of Cons; triple that of NDP!!

Actual standings are: Frank Valeriote, Liberals 38.4%; Mike Nagy Green Party 24.2%; Gloria Kovach, Conservatives 12.6%; Tom King, NDP 8.0%. A further 16.7% of voters are undecided.

Now keep in mind the NDP candidate in Guelph is also a "Star" candidate and former CBC radio host.

What keeps emerging is that the Greens, with their fresh ideas and ability to elevate the discourse away from the angry, win-at-any-cost tactics of the NDP is what Canadians are longing for.

The more you look, the more you love the Greens and their platform.

More Manna from the Election Gods !

The slogan for our campaign in Westmount Ville Marie was "Change The World. Make History." Little could we see how prophetic those words would be.

We have been running the biggest Green campaign in Quebec's history. We launched the first ever Green Party commercials in the province. We handily won the debate and now, miracle of miracles, something has come along to support what I have been forecasting in my debates: " If Elizabeth May gets in the Leader's Debates there will be not just a Green shift in this country but a SEA SHIFT.

A TIDAL WAVE of Green MP's are about to be elected.

"I’m impressed with the candidate of the Green party"

Excerpt from an article in the Westmount Examiner about last Wednesday's debate:

Many, in fact, came away with a newfound appreciation for Green party representative, Claude William Genest.

“Some of the men were really quite boring. The only man with any passion was Genest,” said Anne Elborne, a long-time Westmount resident.

Jasmine Diener, a new transplant to the area, echoed Elborne’s sentiments, though she wished she could have heard more from him.

“I’m impressed with the candidate of the Green party," she said. "I thought he was really well-spoken. But I would have liked to see the questions divided more evenly. It was really dominated by Liberals and the NDP.”
